Springton

Tucked away in the hills where the sheep are sheered in the fall and an abundance of activities for the children to explore was a farm with glorious views.

Horses grazed and goats peaked through the fence.   The land had an abundance of trails that wove through the grounds.   A wedding was off in the distance at the main home.   The echo of their vows resonated across the greens.

As I ventured forward,  the majestic tree stood out at the edge of a small lake.   The branches were massive and inviting to sit under.    The air was warm and the paths moved forward.

Tucked deep into the hills I stumbled upon a child’s treasure.   A tee-pee constructed out of limbs and standing strong among the trees.   I imagine many stories were told here and children running among the forest floor.
