The harvest is ending and the transition to winter has begun.   The rains of the summer have not diminished the abundance of color that comes with the season changes.    It is time for warm cider,  apple pies and fireplaces.

The harvest of pumpkins are abundant this year and a time of transition to cooler weather is upon us.

The colors of the season shine bright and rich as the mums appear and the tables are set for gatherings.    Scarves and gloves are pulled out of hibernation as the children run among the fields.

The colors of fall add depth and dimension to the beauty of nature.   I love the scents and the textures, the colors of the leaves and everything that comes with the season.
